Learn where AI fits in your business, then have it built right.

You’ve heard plenty about AI, and it’s fair to wonder what it means for your business. I help owners in the South Bend–Elkhart area understand what’s possible, decide what they should actually do, and then build it, with their people as the priority.

What clients say.

“…that’s 3–6 hours back every week, time I now spend actually selling.”
Elwin Ried, Head of Sales, Greg’s Food Trucks

“Isaak built an automation that takes my prospect call notes and produces the customer brief, the proposal, and the CRM record in essentially one step. That used to take me about 20 minutes per lead across multiple tools and numerous emails; now it’s about 2 minutes. At 10–20 proposals a week, that’s 3–6 hours back every week, time I now spend actually selling. Another bigger win is consistency: every lead gets a clean brief and proposal the same day, and our pipeline data is finally reliable. He took the time to understand how our sales process actually works instead of forcing a template on it. If you want more than a basic AI tool, someone who understands your process and builds automation that fits it, I highly recommend Isaak and IDAS.”

“What stood out was how easy it was to work with Isaak.”

“We had a very manual matching process that IDAS was able to fully automate using our existing tools and systems. What stood out was how easy it was to work with Isaak. He was willing to work diligently to optimize the flow of work from start to finish even beyond what we had originally scoped. We will now regain so much more time and efficiency through the new process. I highly recommend working with the awesome team at IDAS who have been a great partner to us.”

What you can do with AI, and what you should.

Most of the AI pitch you hear is about what’s possible. The more useful question is what’s worth doing in your business, and what it means for the people who work there. That’s where I start.

Understanding first
You should know what AI can and can’t do before you spend a dollar on it. I explain it in plain English, and that’s part of the job, not an upsell.
People before profit
New technology should make you more money, and that’s a fine goal. Your people still come first. AI is changing how work gets done quickly, and I help you through that shift so it’s steady rather than sudden: the robots take the robots’ work while your team grows into the human side of theirs.
Nothing forced on you
I won’t push a tool you don’t want. If the honest answer is that you don’t need AI for something, you’ll hear it from me.

My approach is guided by Magnifica Humanitas, Pope Leo XIV’s encyclical on AI and human dignity. Read my full note.

Locally focused.

Small remote projects are welcome too.

I do my best work in the room with you: watching how your team actually works, then building around it. So bigger projects stay close to home, in the South Bend–Elkhart area and LaPorte County, where I can be on site as often as the work needs.

If you’re farther away, smaller projects run remotely just fine.

Four kinds of help, usually in this order.

Most owners come to me with a hunch that something could be faster. Sometimes the answer is an automation. Sometimes it’s a tool you already pay for, or an hour of training. I’ll tell you which.

Educate and advise
I show you what AI can actually do today, then look at how your business runs and tell you where it earns its keep and where it would waste your money. That includes choosing between vendors and knowing what to ask before you sign up with one.
Build
Automations for the work your people repeat every day: lead intake, quotes and proposals, customer records, follow-ups. I build on the tools you already own wherever it makes sense.
Teach
Sessions that get your team using AI with confidence, including where and how to use it properly, and when not to. I also walk everyone through anything I build until they’re comfortable with it.
Keep you current
AI changes every month. I track it so you don’t have to, and tell you when something new is worth your attention.

How an engagement works, in four steps.

1

A free advisory call

We start with a short, relaxed conversation about your business. I’ll point out where AI can help and, just as important, where it can’t. There’s no commitment and no sales pitch.

2

A plain-English plan with a clear price

If we’re a good fit, you get a short written plan: what I’ll build, what it will do for you, and what it costs, agreed before any work begins. A defined project gets one flat price. Ongoing work that’s more of a partnership gets a set monthly rate. Either way, no meter running.

3

I build it and keep you in the loop

I check in with you every week while I work, in person when you’re local. When I hand it over, I walk you and your team through everything until you’re comfortable using it.

4

Simple month-to-month support

Ongoing support after delivery is optional and month-to-month. I keep everything running, adjust it as your business changes, and answer questions whenever you call. Cancel any time with a week’s notice.

My standing promise: the price is agreed up front, you hear about any change before it costs you anything, and outside software is routed through you at cost, with no markup and never without your approval.

One partner, from first call to finished build.

At IDAS you work directly with me. I’m the person on your first call, the one who builds your automation, and the one who picks up when you call later. I’ve built for businesses ranging from a custom food-truck builder to a publicly traded manufacturer.

Isaak helps owners understand what AI can and should do for their business, then builds the automations himself and teaches their teams to use them, in person. He led the engagement with the publicly traded manufacturer.

A note from Isaak

I get it. You’ve heard a lot about AI this and AI that. Maybe you’re wondering what it could do for your business, or whether you should use it at all. Maybe you’re not even sure what “it” is. That’s what I’m here for.

First, I want to show you what’s actually possible with AI today, and help you sort out the difference between what you can do with it and what you should do. I’m not going to push a tool on you that you don’t want. I’d rather help your business get ahead of this shift, so it feels like something to be excited about instead of something to dread.

If you want someone who puts profit ahead of people, I’m not your guy. New technology can and should make you more money, and that’s a fine goal, but people come first. My aim is to let the robots do the robots’ work, and free you (and hopefully your employees) for the work that makes you more human.

I’m Catholic, and my approach to AI is guided by Pope Leo XIV’s encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, which asks that technology serve people and their dignity.

Working together is personal and back-and-forth. I learn your systems and your people, find where I can help, and then do it. That means building automations, and it also means teaching you and your team where and how to use them well.

The questions people actually ask me.

I don’t really understand what AI is. Is that a problem?

No. That’s where most people start, and explaining it is part of what I do. By the end of the first call you’ll have a plain-English picture of what AI is, what it’s good at, and where it falls short.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Handling the technical side is what you hire me for. Most of what I build fits into tools you already use, and when a new tool is worth adopting, I set it up and teach it to you myself.

Do you work in person or remotely?

In person, by preference. Sitting down with you and your team is the fastest way for me to learn how your business really runs, so bigger projects stay local to the South Bend–Elkhart area and LaPorte County. Smaller projects can be handled remotely.

Can you help us choose between AI tools or vendors?

Yes, and it’s often the first job. I’ll compare the options you’re considering, give you the questions to ask each vendor, and tell you plainly if I think you don’t need any of them.

What does it cost?

Most projects start around $2,500 and get one flat price. Ongoing support starts around $300 a month, and partnership-style work, where I keep building and keep you current, starts around $1,000 a month. Larger or more involved work is quoted after the free call. Either way the price is agreed in writing before I start, and if something would change it, you hear it from me first.

What if it breaks or my business changes?

That’s what the support plan covers. I monitor what I built, fix anything that misbehaves, and adjust it as your business changes. It’s a flat monthly rate, and you can cancel any time with about a week’s notice.

Will AI replace my people?

It can change jobs, and pretending otherwise wouldn’t be honest. Work is shifting fast, and the rough spots usually come from change that lands all at once. My job is to make it steady instead of sudden: automate the repetitive work first, help your people learn the new tools, and move them toward the work that still needs a person. Your people stay the priority the whole way through.

Who are you, anyway?

I’m Isaak Diroll, and IDAS Consulting LLC is the practice I run in the South Bend–Elkhart area. It’s small on purpose: the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
